Shopping on Nishwa Clothing is easy. Visit our shop page  Select the product you love to buy. Login with your Account or continue shopping as a guest. Now follow these simple steps

  • Select the color.
  • Click Add to Cart button.
  • Proceed to Checkout.
  • Apply the Coupon code if any.
  • Enter your shipping Details
  • Select the payment method( Debit/Credit cards /Net Banking /Phone Wallet ,Paytm or Nishwa Wallet)
  • Note down the order number.

We will send a confirmatory email having all details about your order.

No, we do not allow placing an order for a product that is “Out of Stock”

You cannot track orders until the order is in the dispatch stage. Allow us a time of at least  24 hrs to update your order status on our website.

Well, this could be the case of transaction failure. However, if the order is not placed successfully in our system your amount will be credited back automatically to your account within 7 days.

Nishwa Clothing charges a nominal of Rs 55 for Cash on Delivery as cash handling. These charges are not applicable to customer who used other modes of payments like Debit cards /Credit cards /Net banking/Wallets etc

GST stand for Goods and Service Tax. It’s a Single Tax levied on the value addition through (product or Service) and is added to the product Sale price .It is a destination based tax and is borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.

Yes, if the purchased product is returned as per the Return policy the applicable GST amount will also be Refunded Back to your Nishwa Account in the form of Nishwa Wallet Credit.

No, the user cannot convert the Nishwa Wallet credit to cash nor it can be transferred to any Bank Account.

  • For all orders below Rs 1000 we charge a flat nominal shipping fee of Rs 60
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return.

These customers are the ones who place an order with us and when the product reaches their destination they refuse to take the delivery. As a result, our regular Customer is deprived of the opportunity to buy those items.

You can Return or Exchange Item

Only products worth Rs 300 or above can be returned.

Nishwa Return and Exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. The return and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange any items purchased on Nishwa within the specified period (check product detail page for the same). We request you to preserve the products in their original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but kindly take sufficient measures to protect its condition.

There are 2 ways you can return a product to Us

Pick Up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service. You will see a pickup option when you return the product.

Self Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location we request you to self-ship the product to us. In such cases we will credit the shipping cost (Subject to Max amount Rs 100) in the form of Nishwa Credit in your Nishwa Wallet provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared the scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

During pickup, our delivery partner will do a quality check however the final decision for approval of return lies with the Nishwa official at the warehouse. If the pick does not pass the quality check we will ship the product back to you.

The following rules and Exceptions apply to this policy.

All items to be return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Under exchange policy

  1. a) If you decide to return the Product bought by you on Nishwa inside the predefined Return period for a similar size or diverse size of the same style, you will be given a substitution of the Product, free of cost.
  1. b) If you decide to exchange a Product bought by you on Nishwa for some other Product of the equivalent or diverse Value from Nishwa. In such case, whenever the replacement Product is of the greater value, a difference of amount will be charged to you and whenever the replacement Product is of the lower price, the difference in amount will be credited to your Nishwa Wallet post successful pickup of the original item from you
  1. c) the Net amount paid by you (barring cashback /rebate) to buy the original Product will be considered to ascertain the difference in the amount of original and exchanged Product which will be payable by you or refundable by Nishwa by and large, for an exchange.
  1. d) Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original Product from you.
  1.  Exchanges facility is available for the selected pin codes due to serviceability by the courier partner
  2. Products cannot be exchanged for multiple products. You can select only one item for exchange 
  3.  Non-returnable Product can’t be exchanged
  4.  Platform Handling Fee (as Defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is non-refundable. 
  5. Nishwa will claim all authority to limit the exchange of the products bought on Nishwa if a customer t in any capacity tries to abuse or misuse this policy, as decided in Nishwa’s sole discretion.
  6.  Nishwa won’t be liable for any product exchanged unintentionally. In conditions where an extra or an alternate product is returned accidentally, Nishwa would not be responsible for misplacement or replacement of the item and isn’t liable for its delivery back to the User
  7. If you self-ship the product, kindly pack the Products safely to prevent any misfortune or harm during transit. For all self-dispatched returns, we suggest you use a reliable and well-established courier service
  8. If you self-ship your product back to us, your shipping costs would be repaid to you subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the picture of the courier receipt is shared by you and approved by us. For self-ship returns, the refund process is initiated after the quality check is performed at our warehouse. In case the return fails to pass the quality check we will ship the product back to you

Our cancellation policy is simple.

You can cancel an order as long as it is in the shipping/packed state and the cancel option is available. This includes a product purchased on sale too. Any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode used for making the purchase

Product Disclaimer related to Handcraft Products

Handcrafted, hand-dyed, hand printed, hand embroidered handloom, hand weaved products will always reflect a minor difference after we compare them with machine-produced goods. Each Bit is unique in itself. Handicraft artisans (especially the chikankari artesian) always try their best to make each piece better than the other. As a result, these merchandises will always have some minor variation keeping the identical theme constant in an artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the novelty of these handicrafts items.

Beads and Sequences Missing or Coming off. We accept that clients who are requesting things with sequins and other beaded weaving know about the way that the minuscule embellishments have the inclination of falling off.
