Damage-Terms of use

In such cases we request customer to send a photo of the damage product received within 48 hrs of delivery. in case we don’t receive the photo within the stipulated time we will not be able to honor your request for replacement .

After receiving the photo our team reviews the photo. We request you to ship back the product back to us once the damage is approved. if the replacement of the damage is available with us we will ship you back the replaced product. In case the replacement is not available we will refund you the money back to your account.
